We want to understand who you are, how your body works and what you want to do with it. We seek to understand the root cause of your problem so that we can provide the correct and most effective treatment input.
We practice evidence-based and research led physiotherapy at our clinic which is up to date and current. In a world of health misinformation, we don’t promote dubious claims, unfounded opinion or health-based myths.
We take pride in helping your body heal and recover by offering the best treatment input possible. We combine a wide range of hands’-on treatments to help you on the path to optimal function, mobility and recovery.
Our healthcare is honest, upfront & to the point. Treatment is not a “one size fits all” & recovery from injury takes time. We’ll treat you as an individual & work with you to facilitate long-term healing, recovery and change.

For ten years Kate worked as a musculoskeletal physiotherapist within the NHS and private practice. As a physiotherapist, Kate is committed to helping you get the most out of your body so that you can move, function and feel better. Her aim is to blend recovery, wellness and science, in order to get you back to health, fast.
With many years of experience, Kate has treated a huge range of clientele. She has had the fortune of working alongside professional surfers, professional rugby players and professional BSB superbike racers. Any one of us can be affected by pain and injury. Kate firmly believes that physiotherapy can be a fantastic way of helping your body to heal and recover.
Typically, pain relief and medications are frequently prescribed without truly tackling the cause of the problem. Kate strongly believes that diagnosis and treatment should target the root cause of pain. This ensures the most effective treatment input. It also, – critically – is targeted at helping to prevent its re-occurrence.
Prior to becoming a physiotherapist, Kate gained a LLB (Hons) Law degree and a Postgraduate Diploma (PgDip) in Broadcast Journalism. She combined her literary, journalistic and science-based experience and contributed health and research-based articles to SUP International Magazine on a regular basis for many years.
Kate is registered with AHPRA, the governing body for physiotherapists within Australia. She maintains her professional membership through on-going continuous professional development and maintenance of up-to-date evidence-based research.
