We run an extremely busy clinic at Saltwater Physio and our time is extremely valuable.
Please Note:
We require a minimum of twelve hours’ notice for any appointment changes or cancellations.
Without it, you will be charged a cancellation fee.
This fee will be 100% of the full appointment cost.
Please note that any cancellation fees are not subject to any rebate from Medicare, private health fund, DVA or Work-Cover.
When you make an appointment booking with us, we allocate a specific appointment time for you in our calendar. This means that this appointment time cannot be made available to any other patients, essentially blocking that appointment time. If you are unable to make your appointment and wish to change or cancel it, you are very welcome to do so. However, we ask for a minimum of twelve hours’ notice for any changes or cancellations. This enables us to offer your cancelled appointment time to someone else in need.

A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is changed or cancelled less than twelve hours before the appointed time.
A no-show is when a patient misses an appointment without cancelling or rescheduling. In either case, we will charge you 100% of the full cost of the appointment fee.
